Yamuna Expressway Plots

7% plots, farmer quota, kisan kota, abadi plots, four names for one compensation mechanism. What they are, how they differ from scheme reservations, and what to check before buying one.

Khatauni, khasra, mutation, co-sharers, land use and registry, the checks that decide whether a farmland purchase on the Yamuna Expressway belt is sound.

YEIDA allots residential plots through periodic public schemes decided by draw of lots. How the process works, what the reservations mean, and how to avoid the common traps.

The residential sectors most people ask about on the Yamuna Expressway: how they are laid out, how they differ, and what to check in each.

YEIDA stands for Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority. What it does, what area it governs, and why it matters to anyone buying land on the corridor.
