We receive enquiries from people looking for plots and land on the Yamuna Expressway. If you are a broker or property consultant working on the corridor, we may refer suitable enquirers to you, with their consent, and you may refer buyers to us.
What to expect
- Consent first: we pass on an enquiry only when the enquirer agrees.
- No inventory: we do not hold or verify stock; you are responsible for your listings and documents.
- Fees: any referral fee is agreed in writing, case by case, and only for YEIDA resale or farmland enquiries. We neither take nor pay a fee for referrals to a RERA-registered project.
- Compliance: we expect partners to hold any registration the law requires, such as UP RERA agent registration.
