1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of www.yamunaexpresswayplot.com (the “Site”, trading as Yamuna ExpressWay Plots), which is operated by Brainguru Technologies Private Limited (“Brainguru Technologies”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these terms, to our Disclaimer and to our Privacy Policy, which form part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site does

The Site publishes general information about YEIDA plots and agricultural land along the Yamuna Expressway and lets you send us an enquiry. Where we can, we refer an enquirer to a seller, broker or professional. We take no fee or commission for referrals to a project registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. We do not sell property, act for either side in a transaction, or guarantee any outcome. The Disclaimer explains the limits of the information on the Site.

3. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old to send an enquiry, or have a parent or guardian do so for you.

4. Enquiries and contact

Give accurate details and only a phone number or email address that is yours.
By sending an enquiry, you ask us to contact you about it by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp at the number you give, or by email, even if the number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We share your details with someone we refer you to only as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
send false or spam enquiries, or pretend to be someone else;
try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or its data, or probe, scan or test it for vulnerabilities;
disrupt the Site, overload it with automated requests or introduce malicious code; or
copy the Site’s content in bulk, or republish substantial parts of it, except as section 6 allows.

6. Content and intellectual property

The text, design, compiled data, images and other content on the Site belong to Brainguru Technologies or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own, non-commercial use, and quote short extracts if you credit the Site and link to the page. Any other reproduction needs our written permission. Official documents we link to belong to the bodies that publish them.

7. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Brainguru Technologies is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on its content, any interruption to it, or your dealings with anyone we refer you to. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnity

If you breach these terms, you agree to make good any loss, claim or expense, including reasonable legal costs, that we incur as a result.

10. Changes and suspension

We may change these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The version on the Site when you use it applies. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.

11. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site.
