About this Site
Yamuna ExpressWay Plots (www.yamunaexpresswayplot.com, the “Site”) is operated by Brainguru Technologies. The Site publishes guides and area pages about YEIDA plots and agricultural land along the Yamuna Expressway, and takes enquiries from buyers. Where we can, we refer an enquirer to a seller, broker or professional. We do not sell property ourselves and are not a party to any transaction.
Not affiliated with any authority
The Site is independent. It is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), the Government of Uttar Pradesh, any other development authority or government body, or Noida International Airport. We use their names only to identify the schemes, places and documents we write about. Official schemes, rates, allotments and decisions are published by those bodies themselves.
Information only, not advice
Everything on the Site is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment or valuation advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Before you make a decision, take advice from a qualified professional, such as a lawyer for title and documents or a chartered accountant for tax.
Accuracy and dates
We compile the Site from public sources, mostly official documents, and give dates and sources where we can. Rules, rates, schemes and deadlines change, sources sometimes conflict, and a page may be out of date or incomplete when you read it. We do not guarantee that any information on the Site is accurate, complete or current. Where the Site differs from an official document or a decision of the relevant authority, the official document or decision prevails.

No page on the Site is an offer to sell, a statement that any plot or land is available, or a quotation. Plot sizes, rates and charges are references taken from dated documents, not prices for a particular plot. Area pages describe places; they do not mean that land there is for sale or that it is free of acquisition, restrictions or disputes.
Do your own checks
Before you pay anything, verify the specific plot or land yourself or through your lawyer. Depending on the property, that includes the allotment letter, lease deed, YEIDA transfer permission and dues, the khatauni and other land records, land use and any required approvals. For a project registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, check its registration on the UP RERA website. Our guides list the documents to look for, but they cannot replace checks on the actual property.
Referrals
Sellers, brokers and professionals we refer you to are independent of us. We do not verify their properties, documents or claims, and we are not responsible for what they do or fail to do. We do not take any fee or commission for referring anyone to a project registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Any agreement you make is between you and them.

Images on the Site illustrate the region; they do not show the actual plot, village or property described. Hindi text is provided for convenience; if it differs from the English text or from an official document, the English text and the official document prevail.
