The most useful official YEIDA map is not a PDF. It is YEIDA OneMap, a free web map on YEIDA’s own domain where anyone can search a sector by its number and switch on the Master Plan 2041 land-use layers. This guide explains how to use it, what it does not tell you, and where the master plan documents are.
Key facts at a glance
- Where: the citizen view of YEIDA OneMap, at onemap.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com. It opened without a login when we checked on 18 October 2026; the login on its home page is for YEIDA departments.
- Search: the search box asks for a YEIDA sector number (for example 22D) and zooms the map to that sector.
- Layers: planning area, sector, village, block and scheme boundaries, Master Plan 2041 land use, projects, planning layers and a satellite image layer.
- Not a certificate: YEIDA’s disclaimer says the material may not be an exact reproduction of the officially adopted text.
- Old link: the GIS link still printed on YEIDA’s residential-plot page (umd.nic.in/yeida) did not respond when we tried it on 18 October 2026.
How to find a sector on the map
- Open the OneMap citizen portal. If you land on the home page with a login form, use the link “Browse Here for Citizen Portal” instead of logging in.
- Click the magnifying-glass icon at the top of the right-hand toolbar. The search box says “Enter YEIDA Sector No”.
- Type the sector code exactly as YEIDA writes it, such as 18, 22D or 24A, and pick the suggestion that appears. The map zooms to that sector. The box also offers “Use current location”, which centres the map on where you are.
- Open the layers button (the stacked-squares icon at the top left of the map). Switch on the boundaries you need and expand “Master Plan 2041” to see land-use layers such as Abadi, Abadi Extension, Agriculture, Commercial and the airport area. Some layers only become active once you zoom in.
- Use the right-hand toolbar to measure distances or areas on the map, return to the full view, or print the current view.
Each lettered code is its own sector: 22A, 22B, 22C, 22D and 22E are five separate sectors, not parts of Sector 22. Our YEIDA residential sectors guide explains the numbering.
What the layers show
| Layer in OneMap | Use it to |
|---|---|

| Scheme Boundary | See the scheme boundaries YEIDA shows on the map |
| Master Plan 2041 | See the planned land use for each area (residential, industrial, commercial, agriculture, abadi and others) |
| Project and Planning | See project sites and planning features shown by YEIDA |
| HRSI 2025 | A satellite image layer, as YEIDA labels it, to compare the plan with what is on the ground |
What the map cannot tell you
- Who owns or holds a plot. The map shows planning, not allotment. For an allotted plot, the allotment letter, lease deed, dimension plan and possession certificate are the records that count: see our guide to possession, dimension plan and demarcation.
- The status of a khasra. For farmland, check the khatauni and the land records: see checking a khatauni and mutation. In the citizen view we checked, search asks for a sector number; we found no plot or khasra search.
- The legally adopted plan. YEIDA’s own disclaimer says the material “may not constitute an exact reproduction of officially adopted text”. For the plan itself, read the master plan reports below, and ask YEIDA for the current land use of a specific site before you rely on it.
The master plan documents
YEIDA’s master plan page links the plan reports, which contain the land-use maps and regulations:
- YEIDA Phase-I Draft Master Plan 2041, full report (August 2024): Gautam Buddh Nagar and Bulandshahr.
- Draft Master Plan of YEIDA Phase II-2031 (December 2024): Aligarh, Mathura, Hathras and Agra. Its full village list is in our Phase 2 village list.
- Raya Master Plan 2031 (amended): the Raya urban centre.
People searching for a “YEIDA map 2031” usually mean the earlier Phase 1 plan, Master Plan 2031, approved by the state in October 2013, which Master Plan 2041 follows. Where each plan stands is explained in our Master Plan 2041 and Phase 2 guide and on our Yamuna Expressway master plan page.

Common questions
On YEIDA OneMap, at onemap.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com/yeida/citizen. It shows sector boundaries and Master Plan 2041 land-use layers, and you can search by sector number.
Not for the citizen view, which opened without a login when we checked on 18 October 2026. The login form on the OneMap home page is for YEIDA departments.
In the citizen view we checked, the search box asks for a YEIDA sector number. We found no plot or khasra search. Use your allotment documents for a plot and the khatauni for farmland.
No. YEIDA’s disclaimer says the material may not be an exact reproduction of the officially adopted text. Use the approved master plan and YEIDA’s written confirmation for any decision about a specific site.
The land-use maps are in the Master Plan 2041 report on YEIDA’s master plan page, and the same land use can be viewed as layers in OneMap under “Master Plan 2041”.
Please verify before you commit. Map layers, menus and links change. We describe the OneMap citizen view as it worked on 18 October 2026. A map is not a title or permission check; confirm the land use and status of any site with YEIDA and the land records. This is general information, not legal advice.
