Lookup identity review, 14 October 2026. Of the 49 previously unlinked compilation entries, 38 now have an exact Census name/district/tehsil match and the same code in the current UP revenue report; Khair is linked as town/tehsil context and G. B. Nagar as district-directory context. The lookup now provides 1,168 area/context links; nine labels remain unlinked pending exact identity or alias evidence. These nine compilation labels are separate from the eight ambiguous legacy-page identities described below. Current village identity does not certify historical notification extent or a particular parcel.
Search the YEIDA village compilation by village name, district or tehsil. Each matched name links to its existing area page. Use the official notification to check the recorded village and the relevant parcel before relying on a name match.
Reference checked on 13 October 2026. This is a searchable secondary compilation of 1,177 entries, not a certified current register of 1,177 notified villages. The compilation can include administrative labels, spelling variants and historical tehsil names. A place appearing here does not establish that a particular parcel is acquired, available for sale or approved for construction.

Current village identities and historical notification wording
Identity follow-up checked on 14 October 2026. Parori is now identified by current code 121507 in Khurja, Bulandshahr. Census 2001 recorded Parori separately from Parohi in Jewar; the 2011 handbooks document transfers to Khurja. Eight page identities still require a village code or an official alias connection. Current record identity does not certify the notification extent or status of an individual gata.
The village-identity review confirmed 33 current revenue records, clarified two legacy Mamanta labels against one combined record, and retained eight ambiguous identities. Linked rows show current village codes where established. Current revenue identity does not certify historical notification extent, acquisition or building permission. Ghagoli’s linked area page is now grouped under Khair, Aligarh. The legacy lookup label is retained so existing spelling searches still work.
Find a village by district and tehsil
Search is tolerant of Bangar/Banger and Khadar/Khader spellings. Tehsil filters show the compilation labels; current revenue records and dated official schedules can use different spellings or boundaries. Entries without a secure area-page match remain plain text.

What the official source references mean
The original 24 April 2001 eight-village list is included alongside the later tables. A dated reference means the name and district have an exact match after ordinary punctuation and Bangar/Khadar spelling normalisation in a historical schedule reproduced on YEIDA’s official website. It is not a fresh notification-status certificate. The official table refers to Hathras by the historical district name Mahamaya Nagar. Where no exact match was established, the entry is marked for checking rather than treated as excluded.
The 27 August 2007 schedule explicitly places Angai, Hatauda and Hatkauli in Mathura tehsil, Mathura district. Their compilation entries have been corrected. Other tehsil labels are retained as compiled, rather than silently inferred from a similarly named place.
Distinguish revenue codes from service identifiers
Additional checks on 14 October 2026 used the official DILRMP land-record reports and UP Jal Jeevan Mission registers. All eight remaining page identities still require a record connection. Jal Jeevan Mission labels its service identifiers as IMIS village codes and reports development blocks; these are separate fields from the Census/UP revenue village codes and revenue tehsils used in the area-page evidence. DILRMP report serial numbers are not revenue village codes. Keep each identifier’s source and administrative label with it when comparing records.
For example, the water-service register uses GIJAULI with IMIS 396781, while the revenue comparisons distinguish Gijauli Must 124468 and Gajauli (A.H.) 124471. The service entry does not select one of those two revenue records or document a Geroli alias. The CSV’s revenue-village-code field continues to carry only established revenue identities.

How to verify a particular plot of land
- Get the recorded village name, revenue village code and gata/khasra number from the current UP Bhulekh record.
- Compare the village with the relevant dated YEIDA notification schedule. Check spelling variants and historical district/tehsil labels.
- Use UP Bhu-Naksha to cross-check the mapped parcel. A village-name match does not identify its boundary.
- Confirm acquisition, land use and any required permissions for the specific parcel with the competent authority before paying.
For buying checks, read the agricultural-land checklist, khatauni guide and registry-search guide. To browse locations, use the agricultural land hub.
Common questions
No. This lookup carries 1,177 entries from a secondary compilation. For legal notification status, use the dated official YEIDA schedules and confirm the specific parcel.
Use the village-name search and district/tehsil filters. Try Bangar/Banger and Khadar/Khader variants. The underlying list is available without JavaScript, and a labelled CSV download is provided.
No. Some names have no secure one-to-one match to the existing page data. They remain plain text to avoid linking to the wrong village. An absent result is not proof that a place is outside the notified area.
The official 27 August 2007 notification schedule places all three under Mathura tehsil, Mathura district. The compilation has been corrected to reflect that source.
Do not infer parcel acquisition or building approval from a village-name entry. Confirm the recorded village, gata number, acquisition position and permitted use with the relevant authority.
Use the official Hindi notification-summary PDF for the authority’s published document. The CSV on this page is a separate secondary compilation, with source-status and area-page fields.
